Full Moon Edition: Heart to Soul

“Heart to Soul” Friday, June 12th | 8–10 PM Under the luminous glow of the upcoming Full Moon, we gather for an intimate evening of release, expansion, and heart-centered restoration. “Heart to Soul” is a ceremonial experience designed to gently guide you from emotional holding into spiritual opening. Through a sacred Moon Water Ceremony and immersive Sound Bath, we will work with frequency, intention, and the element of water to soften what is heavy and amplify what is true. This is an evening to: • Release what no longer serves you • Expand from heart-centered awareness into soul alignment • Cleanse and bless your intentions under the Full Moon • Receive healing frequencies that support emotional ease 💧 Moon Water Ceremony The first 10 participants who RSVP by June 1st will receive: • A glass bottle • A curated blend of herbs • Guided intention setting & blessing process Together, we will create and charge moon water as a symbol of transformation — honoring what we are ready to let go of and what we are ready to grow into. 🎶 The sound bath will support: • Gentle emotional release • Nervous system regulation • Heart chakra expansion • Deep rest and recalibration Bring a journal, water bottle, and anything that supports your comfort (blanket or pillow).
