You’re warmly invited to join us for an evening of sound, community, and meaningful connection at The Bay Kava Lounge in the Third Space Wellness Room. The 369 Sound Circle is a community gathering created to encourage relaxation, authentic expression, creativity, and personal growth through the healing power of sound and frequency. Whether you’re completely new to sound healing or have been practicing for years, this circle welcomes people from all backgrounds. There is nothing you need to know beforehand—simply come with an open heart and a willingness to experience the evening. Together we create a safe, respectful environment where participants can unwind from the week, connect with others, and immerse themselves in crystal singing bowls, percussion, guided meditation, music, and collective intention. Every gathering features a unique theme, allowing us to explore different aspects of personal growth while building lasting community.
