1. Information We Collect
- Personal information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, account type, profile details, and profile photo if provided.
- Booking and usage data: event RSVPs, attendance, memberships, check-ins, loyalty rewards, punch cards, wellness goals, interests, and account preferences.
- Payment information: limited payment records such as transaction status, purchase history, plan details, card brand, and the last four digits of a card when provided by Stripe for receipts or account display. Full credit card numbers, CVC codes, and raw payment credentials are not collected directly by this website or stored in ThirdSpace databases.
- Device and website data: basic browser, device, and usage information needed to operate and secure the website and app experience.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide memberships, event registration, check-in, private session booking, rewards, and account features.
- To send service messages about reservations, cancellations, account activity, updates, or support requests.
- To improve our website, wellness offerings, operations, safety, and customer experience.
- To process payments through Stripe, maintain purchase records, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Privacy Controls
You can manage available privacy settings in your account, including whether certain profile details, birthday information, interests, wellness goals, or event attendance are visible to other members. Some information may still be visible to ThirdSpace staff for operations and support.
4. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate our website, app, payments, hosting, communications, analytics, security, and business administration.
5. Payments and Card Security
ThirdSpace uses Stripe to securely capture and process credit card information. When you enter card details, that information is handled through Stripe's secure payment systems. ThirdSpace does not directly capture full credit card numbers, CVC codes, or raw card credentials in the website or app, and that information is not stored in ThirdSpace databases. We may receive limited payment-related details from Stripe, such as payment status, card brand, last four digits, receipts, customer IDs, subscription IDs, and transaction references needed to operate memberships, bookings, refunds, and accounting records.
6. Passwords and Account Security
User passwords are protected through encrypted authentication systems and are not accessible to ThirdSpace staff, site administrators, or app developers. We cannot view your password. If you forget it, you must reset it through the account recovery process.
7. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements.
8. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by using account settings where available or contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, payment, safety, or legitimate business purposes.
