ThirdSpace House Rules

Audio etiquette: To maintain a sanctuary atmosphere, no loud phones or speakers are permitted. Please wear headphones when listening to audio or taking calls.
Footwear policy: For hygiene and comfort, shoes are not permitted in the lounge area. ThirdSpace socks may be required in designated areas.
Respect the space: Leave the space better than you found it. Return blankets, pillows, props, and materials to their designated areas and dispose of trash or recycling before leaving.
Good energy only: Hostile, aggressive, discriminatory, unsafe, or disruptive behavior toward staff, practitioners, guests, or members may result in removal or account termination.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping login credentials secure. You agree to use ThirdSpace services only for lawful, respectful, and appropriate wellness, booking, and community purposes.

2. Memberships and Payments

Billing: Memberships and recurring services may be billed monthly or according to the plan selected. By providing payment information, you authorize ThirdSpace and its payment processors to charge applicable fees.

Cancellations: Memberships may require written notice before cancellation. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods, missed visits, or unused membership benefits.

3. Events, Bookings, and Cancellations

Event registrations, private sessions, and bookings are subject to availability, practitioner schedules, capacity limits, and posted policies. Paid event cancellations may be refunded according to the cancellation policy shown at purchase or communicated by management. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event or appointment may be non-refundable.

4. Facility Use and Wellness Activities

Wellness activities, including yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and related services, may involve physical, mental, or emotional risk. You are responsible for listening to your body, communicating limitations, and consulting a healthcare professional when appropriate.

5. Liability Waiver

By using ThirdSpace facilities or participating in events, classes, private sessions, or services, you acknowledge inherent risks and agree to release ThirdSpace Wellness Lounge, its owners, staff, practitioners, contractors, and affiliates from claims related to injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law.

6. Conduct and Termination

ThirdSpace may refuse service, remove a guest, suspend an account, or terminate membership for behavior that violates these terms, house rules, safety standards, payment obligations, or community expectations.

7. Privacy

Use of ThirdSpace services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected.
