ThirdSpace House Rules

1. Audio Etiquette: To maintain our sanctuary atmosphere, no loud phones or speakers are permitted. You must wear headphones when listening to audio or taking calls.
2. Footwear Policy: For hygiene and comfort, shoes are not permitted in the lounge area. You must wear the provided ThirdSpace socks. If you lose your socks, you will be required to purchase a new pair at the front desk.
3. Respect the Space: Please leave the space better than you found it. Fold blankets, return pillows to their designated areas, and dispose of any trash or recycling before you leave.
4. Good Energy Only: This is a space for healing and community. We maintain a strict policy of positive energy. Hostile, aggressive, or negative behavior towards staff or other members will result in immediate removal.

1. Membership & Payments

Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By providing your payment information, you authorize ThirdSpace to charge your card on file.

Cancellations: Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.

2. Event Registration & Cancellation

Discounts: Active monthly members automatically receive a discount on event tickets. This discount is applied at checkout and is non-transferable.

Event Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your RSVP for a paid event, you will be refunded the ticket price minus a specific Cancellation Fee (determined by management). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.

3. Liability Waiver

By using ThirdSpace facilities, you acknowledge that wellness activities (yoga, meditation, movement) carry inherent risks. You agree to release ThirdSpace, its owners, and staff from any liability regarding injuries or damages sustained while using the facility or participating in events.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information, including birthdate and wellness goals, is used solely to enhance your experience. You may adjust your privacy settings within your profile to control what other members can see.
